Court to hear Zulu royal family dispute

PIETERMARITZBURG - The AmaZulu Royal family is back in court.

Prince Mbonisi Zulu wants King MisuZulu KaZwelithini stripped of state financial benefits.

He's taking the matter to the Pietermaritzburg High Court.

The King’s uncle also believes the monarch should not make any decisions until his legitimacy is clarified.

He also says King Misuzulu should be prevented from meeting traditional leaders.

The Prince also wants the Ingonyama Trust stopped from paying legal costs in the recognition challenge.
