Court battle over DCS takeover of Bester prison

JOHANNESBURG - The Bloemfontein Correctional Contracts is taking the Department of Correctional Services to court.

BCC is the company that hired G4S to run operations at the Mangaung Correctional Centre where convicted rapist Thabo Bester escaped.

Correctional Services is expected to take over the Mangaung Prison on 1 August.
