DUBAI - Time is quickly running out at the COP28 Climate Summit in Dubai.
Negotiators burnt the midnight oil to reach consensus on a deal on fossil fuels.
The summit was expected to end on Tuesday but temperatures are still high over wording of the draft text.

Some feel the language is too soft on phasing out of oil and gas.
The text currently calls for a just, orderly and equitable transition to reach net zero before or around 2050.
