Constitution Conference | Laws must evolve with time, says Ramaphosa

JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has challenged delegates at the Constitution conference to pause and reflect on nearly three decades of our democracy.

He says more needs to be done to transform the judiciary.
