JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court has dismissed President Cyril Ramaphosa's application seeking access to review the adverse Phala Phala report.
The Section 89 independent panel, headed by for Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo, found that Ramaphosa may have a case to answer regarding the theft of money from his Limpopo farm.
The president approached the Apex court, seeking direct access to challenge the findings of the report.
The court argues no case has been made for it to grant direct access and to intervene in the matter.
No cost order has been awarded.
In December, ANC MPs voted against initiating an impeachment process.
