DURBAN - In KZN, a collapsing bridge over the N2 in the South of Durban has been partially closed.
Roads Agency SANRAL says the bridge experienced a failure after heavy rains that battered the area.
Specialist engineers are assessing the extent of the damage.
The Southbound carriageway over the bridge has been closed from Joiner Road.
Vehicles are being diverted to alternative routes.
Motorists are being urged to approach that area with caution.
