DURBAN - There's been another arrest in the murder of KwaZulu-Natal metro cop Zwelakhe Ntombela.
The veteran law enforcer was shot in his uMlazi home about four months ago.
The trigger man was sentenced to 20 years in jail last week.
Now, a close relative has been arrested.
Simphiwe Mhlongo of the KZN Hawks said their investigation guided them to the relative.
"She became a person of interest. We put together all the evidence that will be crucial for us to present a well-investigated docket before court," he said.
