JOHANNESBURG - ActionSA leader Herman Mashaba says they have plans in place to ensure that rolling blackouts become a thing of the past.
Speaking at his party's policy conference in Boksburg, Mashaba says the ANC's promises to end power cuts are a political ploy.
"I urge all delegates not to buy into the political games about the end of rolling blackouts," Mashaba said.
