"City Power has dispatched a team to reach the cable fault that was identified yesterday by the testing team," said Phiwe Banzi from City Power's Randburg Service Delivery Centre.
She shared that the team found multiple service cables but could not visibly see where the cable fault was.
A verification team was called to the site to find the exact location of the cable.
