City of Joburg | Wage negotiations ongoing
JOHANNESBURG - Wage negotiations between the City of Johannesburg and municipal union Samwu, are still ongoing.
On Thursday, thousands of workers took to the streets over a wage dispute with the city.
They blocked the M1 and M2 highways before Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesuifi intervened.
The union has been in talks with Salga for at least a month.
