Community Leader Pau Madiba says many people are struggling to afford the costs to bury their loved ones.
"To be honest, we are under attack. Hammanskraal is under attack and it is very bad. The situation where we are coming from, from that family, and seeing the mother crying in front of cameras is not nice at all," he said.
"We need to do something regarding Hammanskraal, we need to do something regarding water."
