JOHANNESBURG - The case against the four suspects involved in the murder of Hillary Gardee has been provisionally withdrawn.
Reports indicate witnesses aren't willing to testify.
The National Prosecuting Authority says it will be engaging all witnesses to find out why they won't testify.
Legal expert, Elton Hart says witnesses can be subpoenaed, and if they still refuse, a warrant of arrest will be issued to get the witnesses to court.
Hart said, "if a witness refuses to testify, they can be subpoenaed, they have to appear."
"If they don't appear, you issue a warrant of arrest for them to appear."
