Social ills highlighted in crime scourge
CAPE TOWN - Residents of Cape Town communities that are plagued by gun violence say anti-crime interventions must run alongside efforts to eradicate poverty.
This weekend representatives from areas including Khayelitsha, Elsies River, and Macassar shared their grievances relating to policing needs in their communities.
