CAPE TOWN - Western Cape Disaster Management staff remain on high alert following a warning for rain and strong winds, but damage has been minimal so far.
Mostly low-lying areas where people have erected structures have been affected by flooding.
The soil in many areas is still saturated from heavy rains earlier this month.
