Cape flats residents vow to defend themselves agains gangsterism

CAPE TOWN - As gang violence surges on the Cape flats, communities have decided to take matters into their own hands. 

A hundred-and-20 people have been killed on the Cape Flats in just one week, and around 90 attempted murders in the same period.
