WATCH | Cabinet promises to tackle the high cost of living

PRETORIA - Cabinet says it has assembled an inter-ministerial committee that will look into ways to relieve South Africans from the hardships caused by the high cost of living.

The inter-ministerial committee will be led by Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana.

The move comes as Parliament prepares to debate the proposed 40-percent electricity hike by Eskom for next year.
