PRETORIA - President Cyril Ramaphosa will chair a cabinet meeting on Wednesday to urgently address rolling blackouts.
On Sunday he held an urgent meeting with ministers and officials to discuss the crisis.
Ramaphosa arrived back in the country on Tuesday from the United Kingdom.<
Stage 5 power cuts continue with a possibility of being reduced to stage 4 on Thursday.
