Ramaphosa said, "At cabinet level the DP and myself have been meeting each one of our ministers and want to know and fully understand, against our manifesto of 2019 and medium-term strategic review and the departmental plans you have, what are the key priorities leading to end of this term?"

"Having sat down with all of our ministers they've tabulated what their key priorities are. We've noted them all and that's what they're going to be measured against."

"The DP and I said we're going to meet them again in six months, must have their key officials to account, what they have done, for executing those priorities."

"We're not going to accept any excuses or explanations the priorities you have set out must be priorities that must be addressed met, and executed...otherwise a lot of things will happen."
