CAPE TOWN - An 11-year-old Khayelitsha boy was forced to walk 60 kilometres after being kicked off a bus.
The bus company apologised for the incident and plans to thoroughly enforce its policies to its drivers.
Lifalethu Mbasana had lost his boarding card, and the driver refused to let him on in Simon's Town.
This is despite the bus company's policy to not kick out uniformed school children.
The family was distraught, thinking the child may have been kidnapped, and now wants to take legal action.
