Buccleuch residents brace for cold winter

JOHANNESBURG - It's going to be a tough winter, That's the warning from acting Eskom CEO, Calib Cassim.

The power utility has indicated the country could experience stage 8 power cuts in the next few months.

Many areas have regularly been spending nearly 12 hours a day without electricity, and for residents of Buccleuch, it’s been days on end.
