JOHANNESBURG - Government is trying everything not to cooperate with investigations in Botswana.
That's according to AfriForum's Private Prosecution Unit.
Botswana applied for Mutual Legal Assistance way back in 2019, but was ignored.
It's probing alleged offences by high-ranking South Africans in that country.
In 2021, it approached AfriForum for help and a court order was granted compelling government to cooperate.
Now, an application to overturn that order has been dismissed.
