Death toll rises to seven, three arrested
CAPE TOWN - The death toll from Thursday’s attack in Bishop Lavis has risen to seven.
This is after a 26-year-old female victim has succumbed to her severe head injuries.
Western Cape Provincial Commissioner Thembisile Patekile has confirmed that three arrests have been made.
Police Minister Senzo Mchunu says police have made a breakthrough in the mass shooting.
The incident occurred on the back of a shooting in Atlantis where five people were killed.
