Bester court case postponed to 20 June

JOHANNESBURG - The Thabo Bester prison escape saga is set to return to court on 20 June after a postponement on Tuesday.

A 31-year-old man charged with aiding Bester’s escape from legal confinement was arrested by Johannesburg police.

He appeared in court on Tuesday and will be remaining behind bars until the matter returns to court.

Zanda Moyo is facing charges of aiding and abetting a convict, fraud, violation of a body and harboring an escaped convict.
