JOHANNESBURG - A designer hoodie and a virtual reunion are just some of the highlights of the Thabo Bester prison escape scandal.

Five co-accused are in the throes of their bid for bail.

Bester’s girlfriend Dr Nandipha Magudumana, meanwhile, claims she's been abducted and is attempting to have her arrest and the legal proceedings against her set aside.
