JOHANNESBURG - Katlego Bereng's mother says all those accused of aiding Thabo Bester to escape from prison, should not be granted bail.
Bereng's body was found in Bester's cell, burnt beyond recognition, in the Mangaung Correctional Centre.
The Free State NPA withdrew murder charges against Bester, Dr Nandipha Magudumana, and their co-accused, concerning Bereng, citing insufficient evidence.
