Bail judgment in construction mafia case to be heard on 20 September

KWAXIMBA - The case against five men accused of being part of the construction mafia has been postponed to 20 September.

They face extortion charges after they were arrested for allegedly disrupting a bridge project in KwaXimba by demanding a security contract and employment. 

However, the five deny the charges.
