JOHANNESBURG - Eskom contractor Michael Lomas continues with his bail application.
He is expected to appear before the Johannesburg High Court on Friday.
He and 11 co-accused face 41 counts of corruption linked to R1.4 billion, meant for upgrades at Kusile Power Station.
Previously in court, the 77-year-old revealed he had a few falling incidents in prison.
Lomas told the court that one of the conditions after he was extradited to South Africa was that he should be monitored every 15 minutes but that has not happened.
