BALFOUR - Imagine sending your child to a school that many parents fear could collapse anytime due to the poor state of infrastructure.
In Balfour, Mpumalanga, parts of Setsheng Secondary School caught fire in 2019, and nothing has been repaired yet.

Grade eight and nine pupils have been transferred to a neighbouring school for the time being.
Parents want the Mpumalanga Education Department to step in and repair the school.

The South African Democratic Teachers Union wants an urgent meeting with the Mpumalanga Education Department to have the school repaired.
The Department is yet to respond to questions sent by eNCA.
