JOHANNESBURG - A KwaZulu-Natal man has been accused of killing his ex-colleague.
Mfanafuthi Kunene has been charged with the murder and kidnapping of Ayabonga Mjilo.
Mjilo's body was found buried in a backyard after she had been missing on Christmas eve has been found buried in his backyard.
The 23-year-old was last seen at a restaurant in Umhlanga in Kwazulu Natal.

When Kunene made an appearance before the Durban Magistrate Court he abandoned his bail application.
