ATM's Danny Thupane elected new Mogale City mayor

JOHANNESBURG - Mogale City has a new mayor.

The African Transformation Movement's Danny Thupane got the nod from council.

His election follows the successful motion of no confidence the Democratic Alliance's Tyrone Gray last Thursday.

In the same sitting, the council elected the ANC's Sele Lucky Godfrey as the new speaker.
