JOHANNESBURG - Three suspects, alleged to be involved in the murder of German tourist Jorg Schnarr last month at the Kruger National Park’s Numbi Gate, have been arrested.
Following an intelligence operation by Mpumalanga law enforcement agencies, one suspect was found in Nelspruit and the other two at Badplaas and Elukwatini.
One of the three suspects was found in possession of a white Toyota Tazz believed to have been used during the brutal murder of Schnarr.
Mpumalanga Police Commissioner, Semakaleng Manamela, has welcomed the arrests.
The suspects are expected to appear in court soon.
