JOHANNESBURG - The ANC says those who are aggrieved with the acting Public Protector's report into the Phala Phala saga must go to court.
The report exonerated President Cyril Ramaphosa from any wrongdoing.
Acting Public Protector Kholeka Gcaleka found Ramaphosa did not violate the ethics code.
Ramaphosa was accused of a cover-up regarding the burglary and theft of money from his Limpopo farm in 2020.
Gcaleka found Ramaphosa didn't expose himself to the risk of a conflict between his official duties and his private interests.
The governing party says it’s clear the claims were politically motivated and showed disdain towards the President.
