JOHANNESBURG - The ANC believes the process which led to the signing of the Expropriation Act was fair, despite the division it has caused within the #GNU.
ANC spokesperson Mahlengi Bhengu-Motsiri says while they note the DA's views on the new law, her party's policies aim to create a better life for the majority of South Africans.
And they will not compromise on that.

Meanwhile, the DA says it's heading to court over the act.
