ANC in KZN looks at the causes of its downfall in the province

DURBAN - The ANC is done licking its wounds following a bruising at the 2024 National Elections, they are now looking to understand what happened. 

The party effectively lost control of KwaZulu Natal.

Newcomer Umkhonto WeSizwe managed to win the lion's share of the vote followed by the IFP.

The ANC's bigwigs have descended on the province to find a way forward.

So what now?

Well according to NEC member, Sibongile Besani scientific assessments on ground level are planned.

They will also be digging in their heels, and ensuring the renewal programme is operational.
