Alleged underworld boss, Nafiz Modack and former Rugby player Zane Kilian have pleaded not guilty to murdering Anti Gang Unit investigator Charl Kinnear.
CAPE TOWN - Alleged gang boss Nafiz Modack, former rugby player Zane Kilian and 13 others are back in court on Monday.
They face a string of charges including murder, corruption, extortion and money laundering.
They have pleaded not guilty to the charges, including the murder of anti-gang unit investigator, Charl Kinnear.
Kinnear was investigating Modack and police corruption when he was gunned down in 2020.
