JOHANNESBURG - It's all systems go for the 2023 Matric exams in Eastern Cape.
That's according to the Education Department spokesperson Vuyiseka Mboxela.
He says they've got buy-in and support from all involved to ensure a smooth run.
"This year we're going to administer 1,500 question papers that are going to be distributed to 98,842 learners across the province.
"We've got 25 marking centers that have been prepared, security to store papers is ready, there's clear collaboration between the SAPS and the country's intelligence," he said.
"We can confirm that between from 30 October to 10 November there are camps to be held from different districts across the province to make sure that learners who need additional support do get it. "
