AKA Murder | Police reject reports that weapon found

DURBAN - KwaZulu-Natal police are pouring cold water on reports that the gun used to kill rapper AKA has been found.

They say the unfounded media reports are detrimental to investigations.

Rapper Kiernan Forbes and his friend Tebello ‘Tibz’  Motsoane were shot dead in Durban in February.

Police say the latest reports are insensitive, unethical and inconsiderate.

And they put undue pressure on the investigating team.

Police are calling on the media to respect the process of investigation.
