AfriForum: Decentralise power supply

JOHANNESBURG - A centralised power supply system has failed South Africa, so why not try decentralising?

That's the rationale behind AfriForum's plans for a new power company.

AfriForum CEO Kallie Kriel says there should be multiple providers of electricity that focus on specific regions.

Kriel says it's a system that's already working in one area.
