JOHANNESBURG - AfriForum has approached the Constitutional Court in a bid to have former Western Cape High Court Judge President, John Hlophe, kicked off the Judicial Service Commission.
Hlophe was impeached by parliament and is therefore no longer a judge.
But as an MP for the MK Party he has been elected to the JSC that elects future judges.
