JOHANNESBURG - The Western Cape Magistrate's Court is expected to deliver a ruling this morning, on the bail application of Anabela Rungo.
Rungo is a Mozambican national and mother of former Miss SA contestant Chidimma Adetshina.
She was arrested in Cape Town over a week ago for being in the country illegally.
Her identity documents were revoked after it was discovered they had been obtained fraudulently.
Rungo faces charges of contravening immigration laws and identity theft.
The state is set to present its final arguments, arguing why she should not be granted bail.
