JOHANNESBURG - ActionSA says the eThekwini Municipality has used just 7% of its budget to fix the sewerage system and seven major projects have been put on hold.
The party is planning on taking the municipality to court.

Sewage has been flowing into rivers and the sea since last year's devastating floods.
Beaches have had to be closed for fears of e-Coli in the water which has badly affected tourism.
