AARTO Act | RFA: It's about revenue, not driver behaviour

JOHANNESBURG - In its present form, the proposed road demerit system is about money, not improving driver behaviour.

That's the view of the Road Freight Association.

The Road Traffic Infringement Agency is looking to go ahead with the rollout of the controversial Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences.

The Constitutional Court is yet to rule on the legality of the demerit system.
