JOHANNESBURG - Police are probing claims of forged signatures submitted to the IEC by the UMkhonto WeSizwe Party.
It follows a City Press expose where former Western Cape volunteer Lennox Ntsodo made the claims.
National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola says a case was opened in Cape Town.
The signatures were to meet requirements to contend this month's general elections.
