DURBAN - President Cyril Ramaphosa risks litigation if he signs the Electoral Matters Amendment Bill into law.
Political parties and civil society organisations have asked him not to sign, saying the bill is unconstitutional.

Ten political parties are petitioning him and say they'll have no option but to join the legal action.
IFP treasurer-general, Narend Singh, says they don't want smaller parties to be prejudiced.
