CAPE TOWN - While millions of people turned up to make their cross, or rather crosses, some homeless people and those living in informal settlements say they’ve decided to stay away from the polls because nobody cares about them.
They say, that once elected, politicians quickly forget about the poor.
These citizens say it’s hard to choose from the list of new parties as they don’t have a track record.
