2024 elections | Last chance to register today

JOHANNESBURG - If you haven't already, today is your last chance to register to vote in this year's elections.

Over 23,000 registration centres will be open this weekend, with over 69,000 people employed to facilitate the process.

The centres will be open between 8am and 5pm.

IEC manager for Electoral Operations, James Aphane, said more than 700,000 people registered to vote on Saturday.

"Visit your voting station if you have not registered before or if you have moved," he encouraged South Africans.
