JOHANNESBURG - As political parties attempt to garner votes ahead of the polls, the ANC and MK Party are waging legal war.
MK has won the first round after the Electoral Court ruled its registration was above board.
But still on the agenda is the use of a similar logo and the name Umkhonto we Sizwe.
Meanwhile, MK has been dealt its own blow.
The IEC says former President Jacob Zuma, who has endorsed the new party, cannot stand as a candidate.
