2024 elections | ANC maintains it has ‘best candidates’ on list
JOHANNESBURG - The ANC is confident its election list contains its best candidates.
This is despite the leaked list including a number of members implicated in state capture and corruption.
The party says it can only take action against members who are charged.
ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa was speaking during an election campaign in Ekurhuleni.
"Yes, if we can present ourselves to God and humble ourselves as a people, and present ourselves to God, God will hear us,” Ramaphosa said.
