DURBAN - The case against former radio personality Ngizwe Mchunu has been postponed to 5 July for further hearings.
Mchunu is accused of instigating the unrest in KwaZulu-Natal in July 2021.
BREAKING: Court has found that it can’t be that the state has failed to prove its case when it comes to the chargers Ngizwe Mchunu faces. This means the matter goes ahead as there is enough evidence so far for chargers of allegedly inciting violence and violating the DMA. #eNCA https://t.co/Jwc5vOaOQC pic.twitter.com/3LlDBGUe9x
