20 Durban beaches declared safe for swimming

DURBAN - Tens of thousands of visitors are expected in eThekwini this festive season.

City officials have declared 20 beaches safe for swimming.

Water quality testing is conducted at least twice a week.

But there are reports that the results were deliberately misinterpreted and waters are not safe.
